To me this is a holistic way to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, as well as energy slumps.  Clients have often come for treatments just because they feel a little out of sorts.  The best way to understand Reiki, is to experience it.

Reiki can help many conditions.  As well as those already listed, clients who have experienced physical discomfort, PTSD, insomnia and high blood pressure, have all felt remarkable benefits from regular sessions.
